yesterday punk came home with her first art project, first letter person page, first note from a trip to the nurse. i had to pick her up at turnbull after school - she was running a fever, head hurt, stomach hurt. now today another first - so much for perfect attendance. working from home with my girl today. punk is rarely sick and gets hit her 5th/6th day of school. =) also have riley who has been limping and whimpering a little when she moves the wrong way.....good times, good times.

5th day - tough on mama....
parked the car, helped her out, hugs and kisses good bye...... then she walked to school by herself. she looked to small to be doing this. a memory/picture in my head i will never forget.August 19, 2010

wow! where does the time go!? i cannot believe my baby girl is heading to kindergarten. we spent the day together and had a nice time. running errands, hair cut, back to school clothes shopping, and then out to her new school to see her room, meet the teacher and take all her supplies to get her set up. she is very excited. now it's time to have supper with my girl, stop at mama's work, home to shower and bed - rest for the big day tomorrow.
